Return Process

  Log into your HONORSTORE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective films to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
